VSTs you REGRETTED buying?

Blue Cat’s Connector - somehow worse than just LoopMIDI + VAC, both of which have a free version. Should’ve just bought the full version of VAC (it would have still been cheaper), but I thought this thing was going to run without latency and integrate well into the DAW. Turned out to be a pretty empty promise, unfortunately.

(That’s Virtual Audio Cable, for those who are lucky enough to have built-in routing solutions. It’s a little less-janky than Jack and Windows recognizes it, allowing for really flexible routing / listening schemes)

I know it’s “Windoze problems”, but I guess I found a better routing solution anyway. Sucks that I threw $50 down the drain in the process, but you live and learn. I never really bought it for the MIDI capabilities, but I definitely thought the combo would be pretty seamless as advertised.
