Did you had/have the same experience when you have a very cool music idea? You start the tracker but you don´t know anymore where you want to start!
You mess around with samples, instruments and vsts and you do not get a nice sounding thing together. In your head you are building up your patterns but you don´t get it together in real. :angry:

I think this happens the most times when you were a long time away from it or you are under stress. Also think there isn´t a formula to avoid it.

Anyone else at the moment with such problems? Just interessted… :unsure:

It happens all the time! :) 9 out of 10 times I play around with something for a couple of hours or so and then just throw it away… often even without saving it. I guess the formula to finding a good song is to just keep on trying till you find something worth continuing on… beeing stubborn in other words :) Don’t think there’s anyway to avoid it as you say. But of course inspiration helps. And where one finds inspiration is very individual I guess…

It happens to me ALL the time too… Don’t think it’s got to do with creativity going lost, cos I’m writing poetry like hell these days, even good poetry!

Hm, maybe it’s just misplaced? Hope I manage to get something good out for beatbattle III… :rolleyes:
