Windows: ZPlane Elastic Pitch VST doesn't work in Renoise 3.3

I’m on windows 64 bit
Elastique pitch bug since the last update it still wotk with my 3.2 version but not on the 3.3 or 3.3.1

Works fine for me without issues:

I’m on windows 10 64bit, latest build.

It put the sound on only left channel, maybe i have to switch to windows 10…
