Maybe one day. Or You can ‘circuit bent’ it virtually with LofiMat, Distortion and Pitch Shifting.
it’s not quite the same as having brutally grinding sounds!
how much did you buy yours for?
I might buy one and release a circuit bent sample pack!

Go, do it, why not. I don’t remember anymore, wasn’t too much.
I wonder if it has Midi capability, that just wasn’t implemented, due to costs savings. There’s a similar small toyish model, that has midi.
It’s imho not too bad as it is, the pads are velocity sensitive, speaker is loud enough for outdoors, headphone output.
Good for jam sessions, outdoors and indoors.

i reclocked it, in the middle of adding a 38 socket patchbay with a switch that allows you to change one of the sockets to flip between 5V and GND so that you can’t accidentily short the two because there’s no way you would want that happening.
need to buy a new battery for my multimeter because it ran out…
was just barely able to finish the marking up the chips for modification before it refused to work any more.

Awesome! How did you re-clock it? You changed pitch of the sounds?

i replaced the quartz clock with an oscillator chip so that you can change the clock speed with a knob, changing the clock speed effects everything that is controlled by that clock.
there are two clocks on this board, i only changed one clock and it doesn’t change the pitch of anything, it just changes how fast drum grooves are played.
