Does global groove effect the phrase editor?

It sure doesn't seem like it.. Then again, maybe my phrases are not long enough? Usually hard to notice swing in a bar or two...

Shouldn't there be groove/swing settings for the phrase editor, especially if the instrument is going to be the basis for Redux?

(btw, ofcourse we can create groove with pattern commands. and absolutely that totally applies to what I am saying; however, a lot of times I am using pattern commands, and global groove together.) so if groove does not effect the phrase editor, than it definitely needs a swing function.

I noticed this today also. Seems logical to have groove in the phrase editor too
1: Intel i7-4700M 3.4Ghz Max, 8GB RAM. 2: Intel i7-3770 3.9Ghz Max, 8GB RAM. Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty Tahr. Renoise 3.

you can use sample delay effect instead..
