I think it would be a very much needed feature and I saw the first asks for this from about 10 years ago. Does the API provide the functions to script that?

the amount of times i’ve seen this on Ideas & Suggestions in posts posted between 2002-2024 is staggering. it really feels like i’ve seen 300 identical requests for this out of the 7361 ones (i grabbed the entire subforum 2002-2024 april posts, and have been going through them). it’s nothing to scoff at. people really seem to want this.
