<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<FontEngine doc_version="0">
  <Standard>
    <Size>14,14</Size>
    <FileName>Fonts/amiga.ttf</FileName>
    <AntiAlias>YES</AntiAlias>
  </Standard>
  <StandardBig>
    <Size>18,18</Size>
    <FileName>Fonts/amiga.ttf</FileName>
    <AntiAlias>YES</AntiAlias>
  </StandardBig>
  <Bold>
    <Size>14,14</Size>
    <FileName>Fonts/amiga.ttf</FileName>
    <AntiAlias>YES</AntiAlias>
  </Bold>
  <Italic>
    <Size>14,14</Size>
    <FileName>Fonts/amiga.ttf</FileName>
    <AntiAlias>YES</AntiAlias>
  </Italic>
  <Monospaced>
    <Size>14,14</Size>
    <FileName>Fonts/amiga.ttf</FileName>
    <AntiAlias>YES</AntiAlias>
  </Monospaced>
</FontEngine>

Guys, any suggestions to fix things up?

That’s sexy, i have got to try this :+1: :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Think you can get it in the pattern editor too, look here

Would be sweet if fonts and graphics could be packaged together in a theme folder.

This topic has always been “touchy” because some fonts can overflow their container. As long as the fonts are not bigger than the original ones it would be feasible.

Oh, thanks for pointing out! i didn’t noticed another config for pattern editor.

Need to test things in terms of overflowing.

Just trying this too and noticed the GUI/user interface scaling really mess this up, at 200% it appears okay/better/decent but at 100% it’s sadly a mess.

On 1080p laptop and 125% scaling looks good, at least i didn’t noticed smth criminal.
Need to check this out on 2560x1600 desktop.

I’ve just fiddled in a font editor and adjusted the letters used in the pattern editor so they are centered vertically in the patternlines, unfortunately I can’t upload the slightly modified pattern font here.

Anyway what I did to achieve below look was using the huge font size, change the size in PatternConfig.xml to 16, set UI scaling to 100% and maybe adjust V-Spacing to get how I think the originally designed font should look. hmmm I love the old school pattern font actually but I need 125% UI scaling and it doesn’t look good there for me…

By the way I’ve found the original font on the author website where you don’t have to register.
