Dumb question on sample legato in renoise 3.1

I did a sample, in sample editor i pushed mono button and chose a value that is ok to me. When i play notes its all fine, but when i put notes in editor there is no legato. What im missing here?

You aren’t missing anything.

I also wondered it when I’ve checked this new feature at the first time.
Then I noticed that if I record notes in realtime, the Gxx commands are inputted to the effect column automatically.

In other words, if you do step-recording, the glide will be ineffective, so you have to input Gxx commands manually after all…

Well, if you don’t know yet, I recommend the afta8’s templete too.
(if the extension will be “.zip”, change it to “.xrni”.)
