[fixed 3.5.2] New note visualizer gets confused by instrument aliases

I’m seeing glitchy behaviour with the new note visualizer when using VST aliases. Sometimes things work as expected, with notes showing for all instruments, but eventually one or more drop out. It seems like they might be getting collapsed into the source instrument.

There should be notes displaying in both slots 0 and 1 here.

I’d include an xrns, but I don’t have a non-commercial VST with multi-out. It’s very reproducible from what I’ve seen.

Edit: now that I think about it, aliases don’t require multi-out.

I know right? I hope it gets a Mac port because Charlatan 2 is my favorite softsynth of all time.

Thanks for reporting. When loading songs with aliases things should be fine, but when adding/removing aliases the note display may be temporarily missing. Will be fixed.
