Give each slice its own FX chain - what do you think about it?
We have thought about this. It’s not feasible for 2.7.
Internal routing needs to be rewritten. Not a small task. Out of scope for this release.

Not what you want, but you could set something like this up yourself through:
Programming the slices in the pattern editor manually or through a script ( New Tool (2.7 & 2.8): Slices To Pattern ), than split the notes/slices across different tracks ( http://tools.renoise.com/tools/split-separate-tracks ).
Yep, this is exactly the way I do it now… but… I used to use (LOL) a lot of instrumental tracks, and adding all those splitted drum ones just bring another bunch of mess into the whole stuff
