would make doing triplets or whatever other timing thing easier.

i had suggested tool idea for note distribution here but recieved reply, that i have to produce this tool by myself 
unfortunately, im totally not into coding/scripting and don’t want to get into this area because of lack of time and mind resources
btw it will be ace to have tiny tools pack for manipulations with time, signatures, distribution etc. it will be very very handy, i think
