Is there a trick to instantly play a sample at a lower pitch with Uxx/Dxx commands?
I always get that slide sound when using it which can sound a bit strange
My workaround has been copying that bit of the sample to it’s own instrument and playing it at a lower note.
Try lowering the Ticks Per Line to 1 (located at Song Settings, at the bottom).
Ticks Per Line can be automated as well using Global Commands.
