Make the buttons on dialogs such as “Save changes?” focusable
Make the buttons such as the [Yes] [No] [Cancel] button focusable, and make that focus movable with the Tab, Shift-Tab key or cursor keys.
Otherwise, when the mouse or trackball is being operated with the right hand, the standard QWERTY keyboard will not allow Y/N to be entered without returning the right hand.
