Have you downloaded xrns2xmod binaries?
You can find the latest version (5.2.0.0) here.
Once downloaded, you should point to binaries from the tool (See also the wiki page)
About the “check latest version bug”: Yes I know, as the tool still points to a dead link
I should update the xml with the correct endpoint, the main problem here is that I’m not on .NET framework for a long time
