Oxe FM Synth installation

Would be to just compile it (without opengltoolkit messing up your day) and see what linux vst .so file the compilation spits out? I get:

Is the vst library not needed?

Only for compilation. Just unzip the file and put the oxevst64.so file in your Renoise plugin path. Rescan, see if it works?

I thought it is not working for @stoiximan

What a coincidence

Ok downloaded it but now what to do?

No already did that

So…??? You’ve told me nothing. That’s the vst file you get after compilation, does it show up in the Renoise vst plugin list?

ffx compile it himself and gave me the .so.

Are you sure? I can’t find a linux vst .so file in ffx’s link. I can find the VST2.4 sdk in ffx’s link. I know in my link I compiled the vst linux .so file.

Sorry your file was the right one i f@cked up.THanks again but did you compile it or is ti the one from the official website

Okay, welcome. I compiled it for you (without opengl calls). You are quite welcome though to use ffx’s vst2.4 headers to compile it yourself as practice.
