Pseudo-random mode for the maYbe command, with seed input

I use 0Yxx in almost every project now, such an awesome little thing.

But I think it could be more useful if there was a per-track switch for whether it internally uses an _always random_system clock-based random number generator like it currently does (I assume), or a pseudo-random number generator with a seed input for predictable deterministic randomness.

Not sure where the GUI for that would live though?
