Redux Won't Load on Raspberry Pi 5

Cant get Redux to load in Renoise. Paths are ok and version of Redux also (I have tried many). I get this on log:

RemoteAudioPlugin: Instantiating ‘/home/rasp5/rasp5/.vst3/rns_rdx_144_osx/Renoise Redux.vst3’…
RemoteAudioPlugin: FAILED to open plugin: unsupported, non bridgeable plugin architecture(s): ‘i386’

Both are licensed. Using Raspberry pi 5. Renoise works great and DSSI plugins work also.

Redux does not support Linux on the ARM architecture.
Renoise supports Linux on ARM64, but it is a separate product from Redux.

rns_rdx_144_osx

It’s for macOS, so it won’t work on ARM64 Linux.

Thanks. So it seems.

I got confused from relasenote ► Renoise 3.4.0 & Redux 1.3.0 released

I also was wondering how come there are no arm-download -option but figured it probably use same as macOS. Hope to see it in future

Thank you

Redux is certainly easy to use as a sampler, so it would be great if it were supported.
REAPER has the following Linux releases for the ARM architecture.

  • Linux aarch64
  • Linux armv7l

Even if not many proprietary plugins are supported, being able to use Redux as a sampler would allow for a simple workflow on ARM Linux, which would be quite convenient.
