Does any one know of any text to speech vsts or programs (free if possable)

Hi, as a windows user you can simply run “narrator.exe”. It’s in your windows directory.

Mac osx user sry

It’s built into OS X. (System Preferences → Speech)

Open a program like Text Edit
Type something in
Highlight the text
In the upper right, click Text Edit → Services → Speech → Start Speaking

Etc.
