The best option is to use multiple instances of Renoise. Then you can even mix your songs.
Windows: mostly easy - but you might want/need to use different configuration files

But still the same principle: take a copy of the configuration if you need different settings for each instance.
If you have good drivers for MIDI and Audio, they should be able to support multiple instances.
If not, perhaps you can use an alternative such as ASIO4All (has worked for me)
