Using Scaler 2 Midi Drag by Plugin Boutique in Renoise 3

Hello,

Does anyone in here use Plugin Boutique’s Scaler 2 in Renoise 3? What’s the easiest way to drag perfomances or chords midi data from Scaler into Renoise for you? It would be nice if you could just drag midi data onto the same selected track and then select the instrument from there using hexadecimal than having a whole new track, pattern and empty instrument slot be created for each set of chords.

It’s not working that way. On a standard Midi sequencer you’ll have the expected result. Renoise is different. You may wanna try saving the result as a *.mid and loading it up in a second try? Otherwise try another daw to drop down the result in rewire mode or else.
