I often come across the ‘problem’ that I want to build a track while looping it to hear how every addition is going to sound. The blocksize is really not the answer for it just gets bigger and smaller.
Anyway, simple suggestion:

how about changing the size of the to-be-looped section simply by expanding/narrowing it via mouse? sometimes i wish i the blockloop wasn’t fixed to 1/2, 1/3, 1/4 etc…
