This compo really made me go productive again. It’s a shame i lack the discipline to finish tracks without deadlines.

I have the same problem 
Since this was so successful, I’ll probably do some more smaller compos soon. Still need to do the 3^3 compo (3 note columns, 3 samples, 3 bits)… (Lofimat on master to make it 3 bits). So look out for that soon!
Congrats to both finalists! I listen to both of the songs with great pleasure, and it depends on my mood which one I prefer. At this very moment it’s poopdeck, haha, even though I voted for timbermaw.

Love the format (which literarily forces me to finish songs) and love the voting system (nice layout and overview on its own website).
Hey Robbie. I’m unfortunately really busy lately and for the forseeable future. So I don’t think I would be able to run a similar compo again anytime soon.
But, I would love to see a Knock out Tournament 2.0 be hosted by someone else. Anyone up to the task? 
It doesn’t seem so tough, maybe if the website is still functioning and could handle a new roster? I would do it, definitely. Don’t know if I would join too though.
I’d do it too, but I have no ability to gather up enough samples for X amount of rounds.

Another tournament sounds great!
The site is very easy to reset to have a new go at it, except for some potential bugfixing. I can retain the old logins as well, though many might have forgotten passwords etc… I never implemented a file-upload facility back then, but that should also be possible, if it’s needed.
Any chance that the songs get reuploaded? Would love to listen to them. The links are not working anymore.
Any chance of this fun and challenging compo returning? I remember having a blast participating. 
I would definitely be up for another round.

While I think it would be awesome to do another, I just don’t have the time/energy right now. But as always, someone else is always welcome to host it! And if not, I’m sure I’ll do another one in the future, just not sure when that would be
